Do you accept insurance? Medicare? Medicaid?

Unfortunately, no.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

  • Commercial insurance/PPO - We can provide you with an itemized receipt which contains all the required information to submit insurance. If you have out-of-network coverage, you may be reimbursed for at least a portion of your visit expenses.

  • HMO - We do not participate with any HMO's and therefore you will most likely not be reimbursed.

  • Medicare or Medicaid - We are not Medicare or Medicaid providers, and you cannot submit claims or be reimbursed for our services.

Can any of your doctors be my Primary Care Physician(PCP)? 

  • Yes, Dr. Sivieri is board-certified in family practice and could be your PCP. However, since we are not in-network with your insurance, you would need to pay for your visit at the time of service as discussed above.

What's your cancellation policy?

  • All new patients much submit a $100 deposit to hold your appointment slot. If you cancel at least 72 hours before your visit, you will be refunded the $100. If not, you will forfeit the $100.

  • All follow-up appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

  • We do make exceptions for extenuating circumstances on case-by-case basis.

How long is my first appointment? Follow-up appointments?

  • The first appointment with Dr. Sivieri is approximately 75-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of your case. The first appointments with Lynn Dudley are approximately 60 minutes.

  • Follow-up appointments with Dr. Sivieri are 45 minutes. Follow-up appointments with Lynn Dudley are 30 minutes.

Do you treat children?

  • Yes, we specialize in children's health issues. We have experience with focus, attention, and mood issues, as well as extensive food sensitivity testing.

Do you have weekend hours?

  • Yes, Dr. Sivieri is currently seeing patients on the 1st Saturday of each month. We are also open for IV therapy on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Please call for details.

Do you see patients for sick visits?

  • Yes, we offer same or next-day appointments for illness or injury. Our approach to these urgent care visits is to use conventional treatment when necessary, but also offer more natural alternatives when appropriate.

Do you administer IV Therapy?

  • Yes, when appropriate we offer a variety of IV services, including the "Myers cocktail". Please call for details.

What are some of the conditions you treat?

  • Too many to list! But some of the most frequent are Lyme Disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune diseases, immune system dysfunction, GI issues, cancer, hormonal imbalance, ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and many more.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Check, cash, credit card (visa, mastercard, american express, discover), money order.

Do you draw labs on-site?

  • Yes, we have a Labcorp draw station in our office. Quest labs can also be drawn if needed. We use a variety of specialty labs that are also drawn on-site, or we provide a take-home kit (Igenex, Doctors Data, Labrix, Diagnos-techs, True Health, Boston Heart, MDL, Great Plains, Spectracell, Genova, and others).
